Since 2006 I have been working with clients to help them achieve their goals of mobility and range of motion through manipulation of the soft tissue known as massage.  Together, our goal is to decrease pain and restriction using modalities such as Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy as well as utilizing Muscle Energy Techniques, with a therapeutic pressure customized for each client's specific needs.
